Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

• Guests will receive a full refund for cancellations done at least 3 days prior to check in date. Cancellations done within 3 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full booking cost.
• In case of a full refund on cancellation, applicable bank charges, credit/debit card transaction charges and payment gateway processing charges as applicable will be deducted from refunded amount.
